Youth Development & Empowerment
At Mayatu Foundation Uganda, our Youth Development Program is designed to equip young people with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive socially, emotionally, and economically. Recognizing that Uganda’s youth face unique challenges including vulnerability to substance abuse, isolation, and limited access to positive social support we intentionally create programs that promote resilience and purposeful engagement.
Our Purpose
The goal of this initiative is to strengthen young people’s capacity to lead fulfilling lives and contribute meaningfully to their families and communities. This is achieved through structured mentorship, life skills development, psycho‑social support, and safe spaces where young people can learn, connect, and grow.
